Sanibel and Captiva

Sanibel Island is a nature-lover's delight reached by the causeway from Fort Myers, with white-sand beaches covered in shells.
Sanibel is the home of the famous JN 'Ding' Darling Wildlife refuge with hundreds of species of wildlife in their natural habitats. This is un-spoiled Florida at it's best with over 5000 acres accessible by car, cycle, or on foot. Guided tram tour and canoe hire also available.
You will also find the Shell museum here on the island.
Drive along onto Captiva island, where Captiva town has a fabulous Carribean atmosphere with brightly painted houses and buildings and oh-so-relaxing way of life.
More beautiful beaches here too...
